A 6 week postpartum program
We get pregnant to have a baby, but we don't anticipate coming out with an injury. Unlike other injuries, we don't rehabilitate the female body after pregnancy and birth. This program includes the information that I believe all women post vaginal and c-section birth should be given for a successful postpartum recovery.
The Nitty Gritty
This 6 week pelvic floor and core program progresses exercise, knowledge and confidence with movement. Created by a pelvic floor physical therapist, it is designed to take 15 mins/day and help you feel stronger in your day to day mom life. When you purchase you have 6 months to complete the program.
