I prefer to do my first appointment with clients online. The first session involves a thorough medical history review, the use of visuals and models to help you understand your symptoms, and suggestions for strategies and exercises to work on to get you started. From there, we can decide if an in-person appointment is the best next step. Feel free to book an in-person appointment initially if that is your preference.
