This on demand virtual program has been designed for the self directed learner and has now been integrated as a complementary pairing to my in-person and online appointments. You can expect up to date evidence based information that I apply in my practice, laid out in a step-by- step process that you can work through in the comfort of your home. Learn how to take the information you are learning about the core, pelvic floor, diastasis, prolapse, exercise modification, birth preparation & recovery and apply it to YOU. Understand at what times it would be wise to supplement with one-on-one visits with your pelvic health physiotherapist.

Personalized individual sessions with an experienced physiotherapist. Our first session will be conducted online. This allows time for your to share your symptoms and story. I will use models and other visuals to help you understand your symptoms and provide you with some actionable steps to apply right after the session. From here, we will decide together whether the next steps are to see each other in person.
